As am internet user, I am far more concerned about AI moderation effecting the content I consume than I am about bandwidth throttling.

As in AI moderation censoring information, or people exploiting your search data to screw with you?

I don't know if I consider the former to be an issue specifically with AI. It's not like Google can't already erase search results for certain people - you don't need sophisticated AI to mess with the information you're serving people.
