I believe that minivan is closer in age to v8 or v9 than v20. I used to have it and I would give you the link to it, however quite a long time ago now one of Blockland's updates broke it and it wouldn't show up on my server so i no longer have it unfortunately. I wouldn't look to hard to find it as your search could turn out to be a waste even if you do find it since it might not work for you either.

Sorry to bump this, but how do I fix the HLBuggy's (vehicle included in the pack of links) wheels? Whenever I spawned that vehicle, it's wheels were just invisible.

get rid of those stuffty tug boats yachts sailboats because i realised they overwrite the default jeeps wheels
or check in console for anything doing with "jeeptire" then try to guess what addon it is and delete the stuff out of it
