i have some really odd sleeping issues.
usually i'll be so exhausted at around 8PM or so. i wake up 2 hours later, clearly not fully rested, and i can't go back to bed until around 5 am.
or sometimes i'll wake up on average 10 times a night and it's very annoying. sometimes i can go back to bed but sometimes i can't after waking up a few times.
how do i remedy this problem?
