Author Topic: ye so i think i have sleeping problems  (Read 687 times)

i have some really odd sleeping issues.

usually i'll be so exhausted at around 8PM or so. i wake up 2 hours later, clearly not fully rested, and i can't go back to bed until around 5 am.

or sometimes i'll wake up on average 10 times a night and it's very annoying. sometimes i can go back to bed but sometimes i can't after waking up a few times.

how do i remedy this problem?

hire a well-dressed man to place the pillow over your face

sooner or later you should fall back to sleep

getting more exercise is the solution to 99% of sleep issues up until you're 30

eat like not stuff and ride a bike

my days currently--

exercise = 0%
eating junk food/stuff = 100%

melatonin makes me sleep for like 2 hours and then i wake up and can't sleep.

sounds like possible insomnia

dont eat sugar after 8pm also and dont use a phone or computer 1 hour before sleep

iirc sugar keeping you active is just a myth
