I've found if you make a server people actually want to play on they tend to behave themselves more.

As for betel, hes fine most of the time, and it’s pretty easy to tell when he’s intoxicated. This really sums up betel:

Actually no, I didn't know that the Seawolf could launch 5 missiles at the time, and it was also because you are toxic all around.

Also I didn't accuse you of "hacking," I just thought it was really suspicious that it was dropping right on top of me 5 missiles a time
