if applied to a brick it will display a light that shines down on where ever the emitter goes and will rotate. a variant that doesnt rotate too would be nice. a spotlight "vehicle" though, oh my. a spotlight brick, OWO

basically like you would have at a concert, or what a disco ball does except it's a singular light

A couple people already made this. There just all private add-ons though. There is nothing I can do about it unless I want to learn Deprecated Old torque lighting
