[NEWS] Nuclear ending to MGS V pops out of nowhere

The near impossible to get MGS V ending has been unlocked in-game, and konami has no idea why. Originally, this cutscene was only unlockable, if every player on the  online Forward Operating Base multiplayer mode chose to go without nuclear weapons.
