i think the hottest thing i've eaten was a carolina reaper but i've had some hot sauces that are pretty loving spicy

i cant even think of how many times i near-choked on molten mac and cheese, burnt my lips on a hot pocket, spilled pizza roll on my lap, etc.

i ate a small habanero (apparently the smaller size = greater concentration of capsaicin). stomach on fire so bad i nearly threw up. got really lightheaded and almost passed out.
