Author Topic: Amazon shipped the wrong CD and I can't be forgeted to drive to the post office  (Read 1311 times)

I bought some music on a CD. It arrived, and in fact, it had the right case. When I looked at the disc, it showed the tracklist. It wasn't matching up on what was on the back so I thought that was weird. When I popped it in, it played some whole different type stuff then what I bought.
I can't directly get a new one from Amazon because that would mean I had to ship it back which I don't have any time for. The post office is so far away its really gay.

uh if it's a CD you should be able to put it in your mailbox lol..........

One time Amazon shipped me the wrong edition of a CD I ordered and when I went through the return process my money was refunded and I was told to just keep it. Probably wasn't worth it to Amazon to bother with getting that stuff sent back so they just ate the cost.

Five heckin stars to them that's the way good business ought to be done.

I think the shipping costs for a CD are considerably more than the CD itself is worth lol

Top 10 thread of 2018 that's wot

Also that email is barely marked out

amazon sent me a fidget spinner instead of the thing i ordered once.
told support and they gave me a full refund without needing to return the fidget spinner.

i now have a dead meme somewhere in my house because of a forget up by the seller.
