You're not going to get anything that qualifies as a gaming PC for that little money. Closest you could get would be something like a pre-built office PC that you then add a lower-end graphics card to. Certainly not bad (back from 2007 - 2012 i was rocking setups like that) but a far cry from what the term "gaming PC" usually refers to.

wati wtf this isnt reddit

Alright, seriously though:
  • What country do you live in?
  • Are you OK with buying used?
  • Do you have any parts you can re-use? Anything, even laptop HDDs, will help.

Did a little digging while on lunch, found a good candidate.
Get this computer: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883284741
And this graphics card: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125920
There might be more costs for shipping, if that means you can't afford it I'll find something else.

seems like the best you could do for the price

even though not mentioned on the pc specs, these pro 6300 microtower pcs came with a 320 W active PFC psu that's either 90% high efficiency or standard efficiency which would be enough for the GTX 1050
