I'm skeptical. What State do you live in? Because majority of states it isn't that easy unless your dad already had the proper licensing. If he had a Concealed Carry permit already then yeah it'd be as easy as signing a paper but he at least went through training first. The last thing anyone in this debate should want to do is paint something a little more complicated as easy. Again each story is your dad signing the paperwork and not you. If it was JUST you on your own I don't think it'd be so easy.
