A lot of this sounds like pretty clear-cut stuffty behavior. I'm glad that it doesn't look like Doug participated in any of the misconduct directly - although surely he has to take some of the blame for not firing people who did.

I don't really care about the fact they made an edgy rape joke, but if you have a contracted contributor who doesn't want to perform in a scene with loveual assault, you should definitely be accommodating about that since there's loads of valid reasons why an actor wouldn't want to do it.
