What exactly makes it any different from a loving cut piece of cardboard? You can assemble your own at home for free. There is nothing good about this product, Nintendo could have went back to Wii roots and made a controller extension out of anything that last long enough to have your children at least use it for 3 months.
Thing is it's not just cardboard, pretty sure it connects to the Switch, yes it's quite overpriced but no, that doesn't mean you can derail the thread.

ITS NOT JUST CARDBOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ITS NOT JUST CARDBOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The thing is, it comes with a game. That's gotta add on to the price, right? You know, because they spent money to make the game?

So let me get this straight.

Nintendo designs controllers out of cardboard which are the same price as plastic controllers.

60 dollar cardboard controller

60 dollar plastic controller

??????????

So nintendo not only saves loving millions of dollars on production costs they can essentially make these cardboard controllers for almost next to nothing as they are just recycled paper. On top of also selling it for the same price as a normal controller.

They don't even need to waste money assembling the controllers, the people at home do it for them

nintendo is trying to steal my epic idea to make toys out of cardboard
lets make toys out of cardboard and sell them for 2 dollars

A rock comes with a game. It's called "throw it at the ground as hard as you can". The rock is also everywhere but you were sold it by some dude marketing it as the next evolution.

The joycons connect to your switch. They're literally like those Wii extensions you put your loving wiimote in for mariokart or rock band.

The games that come with it aren't even worth 60 dollars.

Also the kits without the games are around 30-50 dollars.

I admit the concept is pretty cool and more interactive than the VR tech we have now.

But it's over loving priced cardboard. It should be cheaper.

Especially when they'll break in about a week.

lets play a game of use the paper cone shooter to shoot the paper cone
you can use the paper cones we designed and made for you or you can use your own paper to make a paper cone if you know how

This is only correct for the Motorbike and the Fishing Road where slot into a handle and use the motion controls to function.

The House, Piano, and Robot use the IR Camera to function so there does need to be SOMETHING there.

Hopefully your cardboard doesn't break otherwise you can't play your game.

Or you lose / misplace a sticker.
