i support this, he's mostly just playing chicken with the rules as far as I can tell
also, i'm against banning unova/verification because he doesn't seem to be actually malicious and if he wants to stop being occasionally unpleasant he ought to be given the chance to practice at it rather than being shunned from every community ever.
if he is acting maliciously and not just ineptly when he's being unpleasant (i'm sorry verification but you are a bit unpleasant to be around occasionally) and there's evidence somewhere, post it here because I haven't seen it.
