np. im not a therapist or anything so my words arent worth that much, but im glad i could help a little bit. there are always plenty of people here who are angry and bitter for no reason and a few here who are really cool and always want to help and stuff. just associate with the latter group and avoid the former and you'll see how your stress just dissapears
you're not wrong for thinking the way you do, everyone is entitled to directing their anger somewhere, so if being a misanthropist at heart and spending time alone helps you, do you. some people function better away from others so its not necessarily a bad thing, its just bad if you take that anger out on people, because then you destroy friendships and burn bridges and stuff
