It's the first hour of the forums being back, the theme will either remain as is, or be changed at a later time when things are more stable

And if not the latter, then the people of this community will make themes as they have for the previous iteration of the forums

Either way, just wait it out, or you'll just have to get used to it

It's probably gonna stay like this until Badspot figures out how to customize the look from the default SMF 2.0.15, or if he moves to another forum engine completely.
