Maybe the first card can cost 10$ and it have u the normal player power
and without 1 of the another cards u have a FREE ACCOUNT

THE FREE account maybe can have Limited power like:server with only 12 max player
some avatar and custom face are blocked
and a big text on the player name,FREE

The first card it give u the normal player power like who just buyed the game
and the other can give the player some special power?

I don't know but the free2play system can help blockand for get more player
