This is an attempt to shut down arguments through shaming and a fear of being labeled a tribal.

I'm pro free speech and that doesn't make me, or anyone else who does, a tribal national socialist bigot.

well if you're a national socialist bigot then Mr nobody's statement applies to you. Clearly you and Deus ex arent tribal national socialists so you have no reason to be defensive or upset. The only people who can get angry about not being allowed to act like an starfish are starfishs themselves.

If your argument is based on how much you hate blacks then you should be ashamed and labeled a tribal because you are. If your argument is about how mainstream media is cancer or whatever then that's clearly not tribal so you have literally no reason to be afraid or whatever

Political correctness is just being politically polite. The goal is to avoid making people with different political opinions angry. 'mondays suck' and 'crackers suck' are both politically incorrect. you can hold those beliefs but if you start rubbing them in people's faces, especially an audience of thousands of people, you shouldn't be loving surprised when some of them get angry and your news YouTube channel gets reported

It's not censorship, you're just willingly pissing people off and then playing victim when those same people you pissed off retaliate. Not you specifically, but just anyone who tends to be not politically correct. The only exemption I can see in all media for this behavior is either designated forums like Reddit or standup comedy shows, like Chris rock

To me, free speech and political correctness are two ends of extreme spectrum. We should be somewhere in the middle, not on one end.

Once you regulate where the "middle" is anyone in power can change where the middle is.

Pepe the frog use to be a harmless meme, then Annoying Orange tweeted about it on twitter.

Now it's a symbol of hate because hillary was hoping that would be enough to make Annoying Orange lose the election.

Hillary set the "middle" for pepe all for a loving 2016 election.

This stuff is out of loving hand how hard of a concept is that

it's not really anyone's fault they lose their job. those jokes bring the sales down and the human resources is forced to fire them. They probably don't want to either it's just that they become a liability to the company. Employees are the face of a company so what they say is entirely their responsibility. The only thing they can't be fired over is discussing their rights as a worker

Anyways the UK is the UK, they don't even have constitutional rights there

I'm convinced Matthew is unemployed because his posting schedule stays constant from 3pm to 3am whereas most people post from 5pm to 12am which is regular nighttime hours
