The directory should end with \Blockland\Add-Ons and the addons themselves should be zip files. You have to restart Blockland each time you add a new addon or addons into the folder. Also check whether you're running Blockland in the correct directory, you may have downloaded 2 or more Blocklands and you're getting them mixed up.
