Another way (more work but more efficient):
1. Youtube2Mp3
2. Audacity - Open the mp3 file
3. Convert it to mono (to be safe), cut out all the stuff you don't want
4. Save it as a wav/ogg with the lowest quality if you can/need to to reduce file size (rarely makes the sound become worse)
