the part that'll take up most of my time is recreating the downloads manager. the rest of the site should be done quickly because it isn't that hard to replicate the RTB phpBB theme.

I've worked with stuff like this before. I'm estimating this'll come next year sometime. It isn't "easy", that's not how it works.
