I hope ironically that the prison walls crumble thanks to the storm and thousands of criminals roam free.

Don't think you understand- the problem is them leaving people in danger and forcing them to stay there. You realize it's not maximum security so the people in that prison aren't Flash Mobers, they're like drug dealers or tax frauders and people awaiting a trial date. I don't know why the moment you are charged with a crime you are suddenly a subhuman who is no longer entitled to basic rights such as safety
