Drowning usually involves water and suffocation is being deprived of air or being unable to breathe.

You'd probably suffocate rather than drown. Although it seems pretty unlikely to happen.
edit: I didn't proof read what I said and I cut out my original statement about saying you could do both when you're only going to suffocate from lack of oxygen rather than drown.
