When i go back home I get 500up/500down

but here in my stuffty university apartment, there's only wifi and i get 110 down and 73 up

there's also rogers but it's too expensive and has a low data cap

its usually 10 download 1 upload but when i did a speedtest its 5 download but thats probably down to others using it
