it's not like they're going to be giving estrogen to a five year old.
small transgender children are typically given puberty blockers until it's time to actually start puberty, when they're older and can make a more informed decision on what hormones they need.
if the child figures out later that she's not a girl, she can just stop taking puberty blockers and have a normal male puberty. there's genuinely no harm done to anyone here, because the effects are reversible.
kids who say "I'M [OPPOSITE love]" or "I WANT TO BE [OPPOSITE love]" usually end up still being trans later in life; so there's no good reason to tell a child "you can't be [opposite love], never say anything like that again". it only hurts them and often leads to a lifetime of repression.
here's a question: does it really matter if you can tell what love a prepubescent child is? you don't need to do anything with that information unless you're the kid's doctor. is there really any harm in letting a child present themselves in a way that they enjoy?
also the greg man probably has more testosterone than most of the people on this forum + he might have a bigger richard than some of you depending on whether or not he's gotten a phalloplasty yet
