Except, at least in the case of Twitter, they selectively enforce said ToS, kicking people who don't follow the political views of the far left off the platform while allowing people who advocate throwing kids in a woodchipper over a hat to continue their Blue Check Shquad tomfoolery.

Dissenter is just a place to post comments on videos and articles without worrying about getting censored. With Youtube comments getting heavily moderated, Twitter's hairtrigger ban responses, Facebook being...Facebook...lol, it's a good idea to have a site that lets you comment on webpages properly.
