there's always 2 or 3 people with this avatar in the comments of every video i watch, i've seen people with it as their instagram pfp too.

It is maybe 1 in 500 avatars registered, so you're literally wrong.
edit: actually it is probably a lot less than 1 in 500 because there's so many youtube accounts. Maybe like 1 in 100,000.
