I have GTX 960

I met every minimum requirement except for CPU.

It says minimum Intel Core i5 - 4670 or AMD equivalent

I have a Intel Core i5 - 3470

Yes. GTX 960 is still a capable card even today. Mordhau isn't a very demanding game despite the recommended requirements.
