I don’t understand context as you took what I said out of context by going straight to n word
I’m not being an starfish so if you could not be an starfish by implying I am one for little reason that’d be great thanks
I'm demonstrating by your logic, because black people call themselves the n word you could allow yourself to say the n word. The entire point is that you have to be nuanced and say "hmm, maybe crowder calling him a friend or a queer isn't the right thing to do considering historically (and still today) people use that word pejoratively to make fun of or discriminate against something you cant change about yourself." and if you sincerely believe that you can call anyone anything you want without any social consequence, you are an starfish, by definition.
Just because someone calls themselves queer, and accepts when their friends or family does it, doesn't mean you have the right to try to discredit them by dismissing them as a lispy queer. In the context that crowder used the word in, it is clearly used as a pejorative. Whether its comedy or not, people are allowed to say that he's an starfish for using the word.
EDIT: just to clarify before anyone jumps on me for muh censorship, i dont think being an starfish should be illegal
