mad cuz i say the truth

If this is 8chan's actual solution, this is fantastic. Zeronet doesn't even have mobile support, and the amount of people willing to download this and continue to use it will be a tiny fraction of 8chan's userbase. They can say goodbye to the lurkers since you have to install a piece of software that will literally start serving the site on your PC whenever you visit it (similar to torrents).

And from my glance at it's wikipedia, they don't even support PHP because there is no 'server' on zeronet since it's decentralised. I'm pretty sure they have to distribute their entire database to the client for it to work.

so basically you're admitting this is just going to make the hardcore, extreme users you're actually bitching about use the zeronet version of 8chan and build an even stufftier echo chamber

don't pretend like 8chan is some place for immense intellectual discussion on the level of the library of alexandria,

Clearly you've never been to /cow/

Yep, but that will be 1/10 of 8chan's previous active users. A pretty epic win.

holy stuff you are actually handicapped
"its a win if we force an even more powerful echo chamber for literally no reason at all"

you are creating the problem you're trying to solve, you dumb cunt

"its a win if we force an even more powerful echo chamber for literally no reason at all"
>even more powerful echo chamber
These are the exact same users that were already on 8chan except now there are less of them, and they are forced to use a crippled site. 08chan will be a stuffstain, but it will be an irrelevant stuffstain. There are literally no mods on the site, if someone posts CP you have to manually block it yourself, and if  you don't you are literally distributing CP to other people just by being on the site.

I can't imagine what life is like with only 25% of the average human's brain size

critical thinking is not part of Deus Ex's diet.

Critical thinkers know trying to censor extremists tends to make them... more... extreme...

do these people not know how the net works? if you're just gonna boot people off the surface web, they'll just go to the unregulated web and there is forget all they can do about it lol

Then government of the worlds will start having an agreement on laws and regulations of the internet or risk losing internet if they dont comply.

Critical thinkers know trying to censor extremists tends to make them... more... extreme...
It does yes. Those few users still willing to go the extra mile to use the site will become more extreme in their views as the worst opinions are echoed in a smaller group with fewer dissenting opinions.

On the other hand, the added difficulty of getting to the site, and it's disconnection from the 'normal' internet means it will be harder for the site itself to recruit new users to it. This in theory means fewer people who are vulnerable or susceptible to those views will ever get to the site and be inducted into that echo. However, there are still plenty of other communities on the regular web which are already echo chambers for the same views and these will continue to direct potential recruits to 8chan and instruct them on how to get to it.

It absolutely makes sense though why Cloudflare would not want  involvement with the website, but as they say, they aren't fixing the problem as a whole.
