b4v21 trojan notification?

Just tried to open b4v21 and got this. I've opened it before and it never notified me of any virus. Are other people getting this? Should I be concerned?

Wouldn't it have notified me upon initially opening it?

All places i've read about Trojan:Win32/Fuerboos.A!cl say it's most likely a false positive. Gonna lock and pray
