How is it, over about 20 years, DC went from clever and inventive writing in something like the DCAU to beating the dead horse into a gluey paste about "talking to fish" jokes and hyper edgelord "im gonna loving say the forget word, forgeter" middleschool, "im 13 now, that means im mature, look at all the blood and gore i watch" bullstuff.

No wonder the MCU has supernova'd the DCCU in the box office.
