This is going to be a long post because Cavik lies a lot. He twists the story to make it seem like he was never in the wrong once.
Cavik first did the wall jump glitch over the gate, and since I saw him doing it I approached him to tell him he had to leave. You have to be in close proximity to talk to someone. When he saw me he jumped at me with his hammer swinging. I pulled out my sniper rifle and shot (It was a 1 bullet capacity), and I missed being in a panic. He killed me and wandered off.
If my purpose was to kill you right when you entered the gate, why would I have been so close to you that you killed me with a hammer? I had a sniper rifle.
(HERES THE KICKER: I warned Frankie that Cavik RDM'd me and Frankie watched further)
I said in the chat that being in Madmen properties would result in you being escorted off. I've escorted people off several times, you can even ask admins because they've seen me do it. I spawn in the madmen building away from where civilians could be. I walked downstairs and saw you. Again you saw me and tried to hammer me. I killed you. He complained about dying and I said that he already attacked me. He said that I "died to hammer when I had a sniper bitch".
I was on top of the building watching, and warned not to break into the building. Again Cavik does the wall jump glitch and I shoot him inside the premises. He says it was an RDM. I said he was breaking and entering.
him "jumping near the gate" contradicts what he says here:
^ This was apparently right after. I was still on the madmen building and saw Cavik and TehRoyalViking together. I can not hear what they're saying because they're so far away. I say in the chat as a just in case that breaking in will result in death. His "stealth mission" is me staring at him as he jumps off the tallest building, parachuting in with TehRoyalViking. Cavik does the wall jump glitch once again on the tallest building trying to get to the top. I parachute off and shoot him as he's clung towards the wall. I shoot TehRoyalViking, because he broke in and helped Cavik break in.

A few minutes passed and I did not see Cavik. I went over to that tall building to check out what all was over there, since they got the parachutes there. I was on the top floor when TehRoyalViking snuck up behind me and shot me.

I didn't see Cavik any further so I went back to Madmen. I talked to an employee, said that Cavik was hostile and a Kill on Sight. I was on the shorter of the two giant madmen buildings. I was on the balcony with the railing and a few minutes later I was sniped - 1 hit kill. Nothing was said, I just died. Frankie banned Cavik immediately after.
Was every instance of you being killed by CapTMeaT inside of Madmen's campus?

this is a lie. I killed him only when he was on the premises.
After he killed me the first time I was outside the gate watching him and he killed me, then he also shot at me multiple times when I was on the street quite a ways away as I was heading towards an unrelated skyscraper down the street. Then attacked me again once I was on the roof, at this point I was nearly dead so I had to take cover.
I watched him across the street but never fired. When he was on the roof, he jumped off parachuting towards Madmen. I shot him and TehRoyalViking once they were inside. Cavik "taking cover" was him walljumping up the side of the building.

That I complained about a build stealer, some random ban complaints on this thread, or when I hosted mafia madness like 2 loving years ago and I had a wall that showed all the people that broke the rules on it? You didn't avoid any patrol, because I was watching you the whole time. You even say I was shooting at you. Also, I never shot him while he was on their roof. I shot him while he was parachuting in.
The good in all this, is you've taught me something Cavik. Taking screenshots is not enough. I've now started recording blockland gameplay.
