Stupid Bans, Kicks, and Mutes

I just got banned from sgt. Jackson's freebuild.

Some guy, Master of Link, joins the server.  He then asks for the admin pass, which the host, being a noob, gives to him.  He becomes Admin, grabs a Ban Hammer, and immediately starts running around banning people.

I got banned from Tezuni's server by an admin who was in the red spawn room killing people. I told him to get out of the spawn room and got banned for a min. Needless to say i did not return to said server.

Not suprising, most badmins want everything to go their way.

I join a server being hosted by Left 4 Block, and the main menu pops up saying the server disconnected. I double checked, and found it was still running, so I joined again. Next, I was banned with this reason:
