Stupid Bans, Kicks, and Mutes

If he's fine with Snake, that's alright. Perhaps he finds him amusing. However, a huge majority of the forum does not, and thereby he is banned from a majority of servers. So it's now become the question of: is banning anyone before they have a chance to cause a problem being a badmin?

Let's take for example the TTT (Triple T Trollers). They disbanded a while ago, but there are still lingering members, such as Kozak. For those that are unfamiliar with Kozak, a simple search of "Kozak" brings up hundreds of dramas, bans, ban lists, arguments, etc.

So if someone is KNOWN for trolling, is KNOWN for abusing ANY power given to him, KNOWN for spamming chat, should he be given a chance?
It is my personal belief that no, he shouldn't. The same applies to Snaked_Snake in my opinion.

Snake, you are a menace, you have been and continue to be a menace, and as such you are fortunate enough to be one of around 50 users to be blacklisted from my personal servers. So if that means I and anyone who bans is a badmin, then I am the WORST of the badmins. I will GLADLY be a badmin, if all it takes is to ban you from my server.

This one is on a fine line because most people are going to cause some sort of a problem at some time during a long stay, are they not?

Regardless though I do have a policy where I don't ban preemptively for personal reasons or based on the forums
