i voted SNES

back in the 16bit days, you couldn't tell much difference from a good game to a stuffty game, other then replay value.
NOWADAYS when they spit out games to quickly get on the sales shelf, you can see the quality right away. why i lost hope in console gaming.

I completely agree. Although I feel console gaming died with the N64. Also I find the PC to be unfair because it's the only thing that has been constantly been upgraded, and lived through each generation. Of course it's the best.
