Truck trailers and vehicle chase AI?

trailers would require someone to put ALOT of work I believe, not impossible, just that theres very limited use for it. Vehicle chase ai on the other hand, cant you already do that with some eventing? what exactly do you mean by that?

Like getting chased by AI in vehicles. Like with police, for example. Unless there's a mod for it. I don't think it's doable with vanilla eventing.
