I'm curious as to why you want this to happen. Even if you believe the very concept of being transgender is fake, wouldn't it still be a good idea for an organization that's in charge of statistics on the population to keep numbers on how many people describe themselves as transgender? If you believe it's a mind virus infecting our youth, wouldn't you want to know how many people are infected? Note that this doesn't actually do anything to stop trans people from being trans, it only means the government refuses to acknowledge trans people. It doesn't mean they don't exist. I'm trying to wrap my head around why you would advocate for
knowing less. Almost as if the goal here is not to address the "issue" of transgender people, but to try your best to pretend they aren't there. If we don't know the data on this group, it's not there. If I can't see it, it's not there. It's baby logic.
