Two days ago I was playing World of Warcraft with some friends, and suddenly went AFK for about 20 minutes. It turns out that I had a seizure because of a bad interaction with new medications. I fell and hit my head on my desk, and I guess wiped everything off of it because I found my headset and keyboard in the trashcan next to my desk.
At first I thought I was on my bed when I was waking up, but then realized that it was a lot harder. Because it was the floor. I got up, and was still in the discord call and told them "dude i just woke up from the floor" and everyone yelled at me to go to the hospital. We figured out the timeline was about 20 minutes, because my mom heard a thump from me falling and called my phone at 2:37. I got up and told the discord call, and one of them sent me a DM at 3:01 wishing me well.
My parents drove me to the hospital. On the way there we had to pull over so i could throw up. My back and head hurt so much. They did some tests and the doctor saw my medicine chart and was like "oh stuff this is probably the culprit". Apparently Wellbutrin lowers one's 'seizure threshold'. That, and me being 'unconscious' (which i thought i was) for 20 minutes is far too unlikely. It was further confirmed by my tongue, which I bit the hell out of.
Doc gave me valium and painkillers and told me to stop taking Wellbutrin. I feel fine now, if sore. Can't drive for two weeks just in case I get another seizure. My tongue is so sore and swollen I can barely even eat icecream or drink water, which sucks. My back hurts quite a bit to bend over, especially getting into or out of bed. And my eye still looks pretty forgeted up, but since that was the one that was already half blind, I haven't noticed any more loss of vision thankfully. So now I've got a demon eye for a bit. Also please excuse the rest of my appearance, I haven't been able to clean myself well because of the muscle pain.
