I will reiterate that servers should have some kind of forewarning for what exists on a server, or else little Timmy gets the slipper/wooden spoon, but there's a reason why online play of any game was never rated by the ESRB
It's up to the parents to monitor what their child does online and no one should have to adhere to any kind of puritanical rules in a game all about doing and creating whatever you want
Just look at games like Garry's Mod (specifically RP servers), Minecraft, Roblox (especially Roblox), VR Chat (especially especially VR Chat), kids are all over that game and going places and interacting with people they shouldn't due to a lack of parental monitoring
