I think how often you shower is kind of meaningless because you could shower every 15 minutes and still be gross if all you're doing is washing your armpits. give me a complete breakdown of your personal shower process or processes. be specific. no "wash body" bullstuff i want you to enumerate what you wash. how many of you people wash your feet. do not lie to me. you have nothing to gain
for me the general process is:
- wet hair, lather with shampoo, rinse
- condition hair, wait 3 minutes
- shave face while letting conditioner sit
- rinse conditioner
- wash face
- clean ears
- body wash
- shoulders, arms, torso, back, rinse
- crotch, butt, legs, feet, rinse
- shave armpits
- shave pubic hair
- shave legs
I only wash my hair about once every 4-5 days because it takes a while and it gets frizzy if I do it more often. when I'm not washing my hair, I tie it up before getting in the shower, and shaving my face comes first, then I continue from "wash face" onward. whether I shave the last three areas is kind of random and arbitrary based on whether i feel like i Need To. probably about once a week for each on average, but not necessarily all during the same shower. a little more prone to shaving the pits though because i really don't like having armpit hair
post-shower process is mainly just brushing my hair, sometimes i may use a little Product if I want to control the post-wash frizz (even washing it infrequently this is unavoidable for the first day and change). I should be more disciplined about moisturizing my skin after showering but that is a little bit annoying so idk. also I take cool showers most of the time, i honestly believe it is more comfortable than hot shower (which makes me feel really lethargic after like 15 minutes), but also it's better for your skin anyway, so
your turn
