Either Age of Mythology, for the ability to do Sims maps, Zelda maps, Tower Defense maps, Maze maps, and much much more online, OR Command & Conquer 3 for epic online tournaments.

I really do hate RTS's online, so much rushing and no fun. Co-op Tower D's is a fav though for sure. So Warcraft III.
