Mini-game Editing.

I want a way to shut down mini-games that noobs make. I don't want to kick them because they'll get all pissed off at me. This could also be useful for when a S-Admin goes AFK with an old mini-game, then you could just delete their mini-game.
S-Admins may also be able to join any mini-game and edit any mini-game.

Why should super admins be able to edit games however they want? They can just start their own game like anyone else. Personally, I thingk the ability for Super admins to end minigames is a bit too much. The more power you give admins, the more people will abuse it.
