I'm on the first quest and there is no farmer. And what do you do in this game anyway, it's so confusing.

So you have dark elves? or Orcs? those are the only ones in the brotherhood.
And yes, anyone can trade i believe.

EDIT: I just figured out that you have to have the full thing to trade...poo :(
