ive been wanting to make a mod for blockland but i just dont know what i should get to make the mod i really want to make weapons what is the one i should go for. should i go for torque. i dont know

first you need to model it using a modeling program like milkshape (costs monies) or torque constructer (free :D)
then you need to codes it (notepad :D)

Torque Constructor is for interiors (maps).
Blender is a free modeling program, but it's so much harder to use than MS3D.
