Not bad.  But nice try.

Sorry but it really isn't anything special.

The way I learned to build was offline. I went online, picked up some new tricks by observing really good builders, tried them out offline. Also I tried to copy real life as detailed as possible.

Same.

I became a somewhat good builder from being inspired by something.

I admit, I am probably never going to get better than this
No-Body has actually taught me anything useful in building,
We need moar building tutors

There is nothing to teach. You either are creative, or not. I find that it is impossible to 'become' talented on Blockland. You are always limited to your imagination. As I've progressed, the only things that have improved is the speed at which I lay bricks and the ambition of my projects. I still have the same mindset and imagination as I did when I first downloaded the game.

it seems your wrong, thats how i got better two, not making spam but true builds.
There is no such thing as "true builds", only builds. It's just builds, people and creations.

odd... I saw you build better.

You all seem to misunderstand what I was trying to say. Sure, skills improve, but talent - the raw understanding of brick work, originality and creativity is something that is mostly pre-determined. I'm not saying there are no increases at all, just that generally these things people have or don't have.

A good idea is a good idea
A copy is a copy
A masterpiece is a masterpiece

I dont know how else to describe it in a way that makes more sense. People may have other opinions, but I expect the more mature members would understand better. I hope! :D

Oh, and nobody hates you, that's a silly comment to make. People don't sympathise with self-pity, it just makes you look worse. Play to have fun, not to become popular and get in a good clan.

For me, this is entirely untrue. My 'building sense' if you will has grown tremendously since I first started, because when I begun I was close-minded and to me all houses were variations of boxes with rooms inside. It's incredibly hard to explain, but as I played more and noticed more things about architecture I got better at building. And as a side note, SpaceDude AKA Aphtonites is like 11 or so. (Pardon me if I'm wrong.) To me, he shows great potential.

I feel the same entrepreneur in. His maturity and building potential are both over 9000.

Yeah. Meme it up, real mature.

Anyhow, new skills can be learnt, but with age it gets harder. If Aph worked on his style now I'm sure he could only get better.

I totally agree with this statement, seeing that this happened to me. I think that you should wait a while before you app. to MotE, if you do. You should ask people how to build things like "How do I build a generic dome with bricks" and things like that, Once you progress high enough, you should ask some people what they think about your build and how high of rating it is.

Mote likes to make cool builds that are awesome, but they don't let you play in them, what good is it then, to sit there and look pretty?

IT'S ART.

RESPECT IT.
