Animation Assistance

Can someone take the right foot from this minifig, delete the rest, and make the foot have a kick animation, going straight out from the player?  It has to seem like a powerful kick.  Not too slow, but not too fast.  My Milkshape expired and I can't use Blender.   http://www.blockland.us/smf/index.php?topic=22569.msg322914#msg322914

Er, What if the player is using a pirate pegleg? You seem to be going to an awful lot of trouble to replicate this sparta meme in Blockland, when realistically it will only be fun for about 5 minutes or so, and you'll be left with a feeling of uselessness and disappointment.
