Haven't unlocked it. I skipped straight to Hard, and I can't beat Lou on Hard. Too lazy to get through Medium... D:

I started the game on medium, did that in a day, and it's taken since then to go from the start to get stuck on One, and (you guessed it), Raining (chocolate) blood.
