Frustrating gaming moments

Playing a game, spending AGES trying to figure out a puzzle. Like. 2 hours. Then come back and try again an hour later and it is the simplest thing, that I just didn't see before.

Played through three temples of Ocarina of Time. Forgot to save. I didn't play the damn game again for six months.

Same thing happened to me except it was about 5 and the power went out

i was making cool stick pivot and watching it when it crahed on me and i forgot to save.not i save about ever 20 seconds lol

i had just got enopa (took me forever) then my brother turned off the Wii on me >:/
then in the morning i beated that spot on my first try compared to the 18ish times i did the night before

I unlocked everything in ssbm then decided to take a break. the next day I play sonic adventure 2 battle and then ALL MY MEMMORY GOES BOOMBLASTA!

I lost everything...

EDIT: also rocket-spammers in any fps (specifically star wars battlefront)

playing eternal darkness like normal but every time you try to use magic your body falls apart or your walking around on the ceiling, it got really annoying :(

i new i spelled it wrong,

and OOT came out a few years after i was born but my mom and dad where 90% ageist gaming then (mainly because it was so expensive)

but then a friend let me borrow one of his GBA's with a pokemon game

then my mom bought us a GBA and a few games for a long trip..

then i made money for a gamecube....

then i made moneys for a DS

then we got a Wii...

ACE COMBAT 6: MISSION 9

SERIOUSLY. They expect you to be some Master Chief in a plane and it makes the whole game feel like a Star Wars/Halo hybrid because they pit you against 3 fat ass flying aircraft carriers with some big ass cruise nuke that they shoot every 3 seconds at you if you get in front of it. The mission starts and you fly straight forward into them, and they shoot you like 2-4 times before you get there. And when you get there, the 5UP0R 1337 5QU4D planes fly out (about 20) and your HUD goes red for basically the whole mission because you are dodging their constant hail of missiles, which your teammates don't give a stuff about and just fly around the battle area to make it look like they are occupied. I found that the easiest thing to do was to take out all of the Strigon (5UP0R 1337 5QU4D), fly to the retreat area while having nukes shoved up your ass, come back, and finish off the huge carriers.

I also recently learned that you could just get the biggest bomber in the game and nuke the 3, and it would go easier. But still.

Rescuing Epona from the Lon Lon ranch in OOT. It literally took me several days to figure it out. Well, not literally, because I never did. During one of my sessions of frantically running about the place and hitting chickens with my sword, I got thirsty and wanted a soda. I handed the controller to my dad's girlfriend and when I got back she was running around Hyrule on the horse. Appearantly she was just riding around randomly and accidentally bumped into the wall whereupon this, epona jumped something two or three times the stupid gate that the jerk locked me in the ranch with. Well excuuuuuuuussseeeee me that I did not know my horse could defy the laws of gravity that state big things fall.

When a Nintendo game for Gameboy\GameboyAdvance\NintendoDS Has aglitch to where you cant save, so you spend all of your time getting so far on whatever game you're playing, and you have to go somewhere, so you save, and it SAYS 'save completed', but when you go to load the game back up later, the file you just saved on; ISN'T THERE!!
