Should I be concerned?

My wii isn't making any noises, I am talking about the actual system. Not audio.

It's not doing it's normal buz, whurl, and chugging clicks.

It's performing fine. I am just worried about the system.

It does it on the wii menu, and when I switch from a channel or game to the wii menu.

Now it's not.

The buzzing/whirling is worst for Metroid Prime 3 on my brother's.  :(

Can't, Nintendo sends messages for that kinda stuff, have you at least checked if there is a disc in there?
